Saudi Arabia

KAAS Engineering Services has executed various large-scale engineering projects in Saudi Arabia. In 2019, KAAS collaborated with AES, AREABIA on the Complete Design & Detailed Engineering - Chemical Injection Project for gas wells. This included sulfuric acid and caustic injection skids, with API-650 and ASME tank designs. The partnership extended into 2020, delivering methanol, antifoam, amine, and calcium hypochlorite injection skids, along with mechanical designs and detailed engineering for injection pumps.

In 2022, KAAS worked with SCADO/SABIC on revamping the CP anode system, involving tank shell calculations for demin water and fire water tanks. Another significant project in 2022 was with A J Corporation, where KAAS handled Tank Foundations & Lifting Station design and structural analysis using STAAD Pro. KAAS also supported SISNIA Industrial Works in 2022 with Slope Tank Shell Analysis for tank design calculations.

Pakistan

In Pakistan, KAAS has contributed extensively across various sectors. For JS Petroleum in 2021, KAAS performed Stress Analysis for Pipelines, focusing on LPG, propane, and vapor lines. That same year, ICI Pakistan engaged KAAS for the Design & Engineering of a 4" Steam Line, including layout drawings and orifice plate design. The collaboration with ECPL in 2021 involved a Solar Mounting Structure Design Review.

Throughout 2022, KAAS supported multiple clients, including EngroFoods with Biomass Plant Structure Support and Halmore Bhikki Power Plant with Civil Foundations Design. The MOL Compression Project in 2023 involved process design and flare blowdown studies, while FFI in 2023 required the conversion of isometric drawings into AutoCAD format. PAkchem in 2023 engaged KAAS for a 6-inch Turbine Inlet Line Stress Analysis.
